Votre profilYou are the right match if you fit to the following selection criteria:Degree in HR, Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar position in the humanitarian sector Experience in complex or conflict-affected environments is an asset Technical skills Strong HR management expertise (policies, procedures, legal framework) Budget and payroll management Recruitment, training, and team management Soft skills Leadership and decision-making Adaptability and resilience in challenging environments Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills IT & Languages Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are assetsThis role may not suit you if you:Are not aligned with MdM's valuesRecruitment processIf shortlisted, you will first meet with our HR team.
