The position will be based in Paris, and start September 2026. You will report to the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance.You will primarily be responsible for:Supporting the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance in coordinating and monitoring transformation initiatives across the department, with a focus on AI and automation use casesPreparing presentations, reports and management materials related to the Risk & Compliance transformation strategy and roadmapAssisting with the implementation of tools, including testing, issue escalation and preparation of supporting materials for user adoptionConducting benchmarking and research on emerging technologies, AI applications and market practices relevant to Risk & Compliance functionsSupporting communication and change management activities to foster adoption of new tools, processes and ways of workingYour profile:Master's degree student in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related fieldStrong interest in AI, project management and Risk & Compliance topicsExcellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skillsStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plusKnowledge of generative AI technologies (large language models, AI agents, automation tools) and emerging AI trendsProactive mindset with strong attention to detail and delivery orientationFluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plusJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, What's next?.
