YOUR OPPORTUNITYSuite à une mobilité interne, nous recrutons un Approvisionneur H/F en CDI pour notre site de production de spiritueux basé à Gensac La Pallue (Charente, 16). Vous êtes rattaché(e ) au Responsable Approvisionnements PlanningVos principales responsabilités :Traduire le programme de production court terme en besoins matières premières et composants d'emballage.Analyser les besoins à court terme et collaborer avec les Production Schedulers pour sécuriser l'approvisionnement de l'usine.Suivre les niveaux de stocks, piloter les réapprovisionnements et garantir la cohérence entre stocks physiques et stocks système.Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs, les Materials planners et les équipes Achats afin d'assurer la disponibilité des matières.Anticiper les risques d'approvisionnement et mettre en place des plans de contingence pour éviter tout arrêt de production.Assurer le suivi des flux logistiques entrants et alerter en cas de retard impactant les besoins de production.Garantir la fiabilité des données de planification (délais d'approvisionnement, MOQ, stocks de sécurité, master data) en coordination avec les équipes concernées.Participer aux réunions opérationnelles de l'usine et contribuer à la gestion des priorités d'approvisionnement.Votre profil :Solide expérience de SAP (idéalement S/4HANA) ou d'un ERP industriel équivalentMaîtrise avancée d'Excel, notamment des tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions RECHERCHEV et outils de visualisation de données tels que Power BIBonnes connaissances des principes du Juste-à-Temps (JIT) et du Lean Manufacturing, idéalement acquise dans un environnement à fort volumeForte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche fondée sur les donnéesGrande rigueur et attention aux détails, avec la capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolutionAptitude à collaborer et à influencer des équipes transverses (Production, Qualité, Planification, Achats)Personne autonome, proactive et dotée d'un fort sens de l'urgenceForte orientation client et excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planificationAnglais lu, écrit et parléleadership agilityAt Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.Belonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of Belonging', where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can becomeSelf-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on othersPeople Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performanceResults Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.Mental Agility:You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.
