Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.Role OverviewThis role leads the product strategy and direction for Schneider Electric's Partner Digital Solutions ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager is accountable for defining the long-term vision, business outcomes, and roadmap for strategic digital platforms that enable partners to collaborate, execute projects, and operate more efficiently across the customer journey.Rather than directly owning every technical capability, this role provides strategic product leadership across multiple product teams and functions. Working through influence, the role aligns customer needs, business priorities, enterprise architecture, engineering, UX, data, and commercial teams to deliver connected platform experiences, continuity of information across project phases, and scalable business capabilities.Why This Role MattersThis role provides the business leadership for strategic digital platforms that connect people, processes, and information across the customer lifecycle. By aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision and enabling connected, interoperable platform capabilities, the Senior Product Manager helps accelerate project delivery, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value for customers, partners, and Schneider Electric.What will you do?Product Strategy & Business LeadershipOwn the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Partner Digital Solutions.Define measurable business outcomes and prioritize investments based on customer value and strategic impact.Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, information continuity, operational efficiency, and partner experience.Develop business cases and influence executive stakeholders on product direction.Platform LeadershipProvide business ownership for strategic platform capabilities spanning multiple products and teams.Drive alignment across engineering, UX, architecture, and business functions to deliver a cohesive platform experience.Champion connected information flows across project phases while balancing customer, business, and technical priorities.Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with Engineering.Enterprise CollaborationPartner with Enterprise Architecture to evolve integration strategies, interoperability, and common information models.Champion high-quality data, reusable capabilities, and consistent metadata in collaboration with data governance teams.Influence platform decisions that reduce duplicate data, improve traceability, and simplify end-to-end workflows.Build alignment across global business units and manage competing stakeholder priorities.Go-to-Market & AdoptionPartner with Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to support successful platform adoption and organizational change.Measure adoption, customer outcomes, and business value to guide future roadmap decisions.Represent the product strategy in leadership reviews and transformation initiatives.Success MeasuresIncreased adoption of strategic platform capabilities.Improved continuity and quality of information across project phases.Reduced manual handoffs and duplicate data across connected workflows.Improved partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.Delivery of strategic roadmap objectives and business outcomes.What are the key skills we are looking for?Required10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital platforms.Proven experience leading complex platform products through influence in matrix organizations.Strong strategic thinking with experience defining product vision in ambiguous environments.Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data models, and platform interoperability.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.PreferredExperience with enterprise collaboration, industrial software, project management, or asset management platforms.Familiarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partnerfacing digital channels.Knowledge of ERP, CRM, PLM, IoT, or similar enterprise ecosystems.Experience working on digital transformation, platform modernization, or lifecycle information management initiatives.Knowledge of electrical industry tools or project workflows.What's in it for me?We adapt to you:??
