Our client, a leading international banking institution based in Luxembourg, is seeking an experienced Data Architect to support its data transformation and AI initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization investing heavily in modern data platforms, artificial intelligence, and enterprise architecture.

As a Data Architect, you will design and implement scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality, governance, and performance while enabling AI-driven use cases across the organization.

Vos missions

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide data architectures.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration.

Design modern data models and ensure data consistency across multiple systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, AI teams, and IT architects.

Contribute to the implementation of AI-ready data platforms.

Develop solutions supporting LLMs (Large Language Models), Model Context Protocol (MCP), fine-tuning strategies, and AI data workflows.

Design and optimize vector databases and semantic search architectures.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and data governance policies.

Participate in cloud and data platform modernization projects.

Pré-requis

- Strong expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design.
- Experience with TimeXtender is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-based data architectures.
- Experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI model fine-tuning
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector or equivalent)
- Data modelling and governance

Languages

- French: Fluent
- English: Professional proficiency (mandatory)
- Italian: Nice to have

Profil recherché

Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role.

Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data architecture projects.
