As part of the Finance team, you will join Emilia, our Head of Finance, to actively contribute to the structuring, analysis, and reliability of the company's financial performance.Your mission: Support daily financial and operational management by participating in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.You will play a key role in cash flow monitoring, variance analysis, and the implementation of management tools to support strategic decision-making.In parallel, you will assist with the administrative and logistical management of the office (Office Management), ensuring a smooth and efficient organization for all teams.This internship offers a true immersion into the daily operations of a Finance Department, combining analytical rigor, versatility, and teamwork.Your mission1. Budgeting and ForecastingContribute to the creation and monitoring of budgets and reforecasts.Participate in preparing financial forecasts: data collection, consolidation, and analysis.Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, identify areas of concern, and propose opportunities for improvement.2. Financial AnalysisAssist in analyzing financial statements to identify trends and performance drivers.Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports for management.Participate in evaluating and tracking financial KPIs.3. Cash ManagementAssist with daily cash management and cash flow forecasting.Contribute to cash optimization and the tracking of payments and receipts.4. Finance / Office ManagementMonitor expenses related to Office Management, including apparel stock and consumables.Manage and track the inventory of fixed assets (equipment, laptops, badges, etc.).Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment setup, access rights, badges, etc.).5. Relations with Financial PartnersPrepare necessary documentation for banks, investors, and other partners.Participate in financial meetings and write meeting minutes.6. Compliance and AuditContribute to the preparation of internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.Participate in optimizing internal procedures and operational financial controls.7. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Auditing, Management Control, or Corporate Finance ??Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles, paired with a sharp analytical mindset ??Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and highly comfortable working with numerical data ?Rigorous and curious: you always strive to understand the "why" behind the numbers ??High level of integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility ??Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, dynamic environment, closely interacting with operational teams ??Fluent in French with a good working knowledge of English ???
