Move Forward: The Opportunity


We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service team in France and play a critical role in connecting our customers with the wider supply chain organisation. Based in Rueil-Malmaison, this position leads a team of five Customer Service Specialists and is responsible for ensuring outstanding Order-to-Invoice execution, service delivery and customer satisfaction.


This role is central to achieving our ambition of maximising value for consumers and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Working closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Marketing and Logistics partners, you'll drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain.


What You'll Be Doing



  • Lead and develop the French Customer Service organisation, ensuring efficient and effective execution of the Order-to-Invoice process.

  • Manage customer orders, product availability, delivery scheduling and customer communications to ensure excellent service levels.

  • Oversee returns management, customer complaints and credit note processes, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer, product and pricing master data and execute key SOX control processes.

  • Monitor service performance, identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with Sales, Demand Planning and Supply teams to manage product availability, promotional activity, product launches and stock optimisation.

  • Act as the customer-facing Supply Chain representative, supporting commercial teams on supply chain matters and leading logistics improvement initiatives.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Specialists while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring



  • Experience within Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations or Sales environments, ideally within a consumer goods business.

  • Strong understanding of customer service processes, order management and supply chain operations.

  • Knowledge of ERP and customer service systems such as SAP and EDI.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.

  • Experience leading and developing teams within a collaborative environment.

  • A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented mindset with strong change management skills.

  • Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.
