Smart2Move, qui sommes-nous ?Une jeune société créée en 2015 avec comme ambition de devenir le leader mondial des plateformes de force dans le golf puis dans d'autres sports (fitness, baseball, etc.).C'est 6 ans après la création, et après avoir commercialisé deux produits qui ont fait leurs preuves, mais pas assez pour conquérir le secteur, que nous nous sommes lancés dans le développement du produit "parfait".Après 2 années de R&D nous sommes fiers de sortir notre nouveau produit (les 3D Dual Force Plates) qui bouscule le marché grâce à sa technologie, sa simplicité d'utilisation, mais aussi par son prix.C'est à la suite du succès naissant de ce produit que nous avons besoin d'agrandir notre équipe pour offrir à nos clients des outils encore plus polyvalents et performants.L'équipeNous sommes une équipe principalement française, située dans l'Est et le Sud de la France.Nous avons des collaborateurs à l'international, c'est pourquoi nous sommes amenés à communiquer en anglais (réunion, email).Le travail s'effectue en full remote, mais des déplacements ponctuels peuvent être nécessaires sur Bâle.Notre équipe est dynamique, bienveillante et prête à t'accueillir.
About the roleSmart2Move (S2M) is a global leader in portable dual force plate technology, enabling coaches, academies, federations, and performance centers in more than 35 countries to measure and apply Ground Reaction Force (GRF) data to athletic performance. As the company expands across golf and the broader sports performance market, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to strengthen our brand and accelerate commercial growth.Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Product, Sales, and Education teams, the Marketing Lead will define and execute the marketing strategy that positions S2M with elite coaches and athletes worldwide. This is a high-impact role within a focused, fast-moving organization, offering significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the company's commercial trajectory.What you'll ownProduce content that converts - generating qualified leads and keeping our coaching community engaged across every channelLead marketing for the Sport Performance Division - owning brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution across the division's product lines and channelsBuild and ship integrated campaigns spanning social, email/newsletter, partnerships, and on-the-ground activationsLead event marketing end to end: planning, on-site presence, visual identity, and clear calls to actionPartner with Product and Education to translate force-plate features and GRF science into sharp, sales-ready narrativesDirect the content roadmap - editorial calendar, creative direction, and storytelling that carries across platformsTrack performance, read the data, and continuously sharpen campaigns for reach, efficiency, and conversionWhy Smart2MoveA central role on a small team inside a global category leader in portable force measurementDirect exposure to top coaches, academies, and federations across 35+ countriesReal ownership across the full marketing value chain, with a clear path toward leadershipAn entrepreneurial, results-first culture where execution beats theoryOur philosophyForce creates motion. What we're looking forFull professional proficiency in English is mandatory - minimum CEFR level C2 (mastery / native or bilingual level)A high-energy professional with genuine passion for sport and performanceA track record in marketing, brand, or agency work - sports or consumer tech a strong plusDemonstrated ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomesSharp creative and storytelling instincts - you make complex ideas land simplyComfort with analytics and a data-informed approach to decisionsCuriosity about biomechanics, coaching, or sports science (and willingness to learn GRF fast)
