You will report to the IT Delivery Manager.You will primarily be responsible for:Designing and developing prompts and skills for AI solutionsCreating and developing AI-generated reportsProducing clean, testable and well-documented codeWriting clear documentation for models, prompts and skillsActively contributing to continuous improvement of code and modelsImplementing unit tests and using quality assurance toolsAdhering to development standards and best practices in AI (ethics, bias, data security)Integrating AI solutions via APIs and microservicesYour profile:Final year student (Master's degree or engineering school)Technical background, ideally in computer science, AI or dataProficient in Python with strong foundations in software developmentKeen interest in generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and agent architecturesExperience with Transformers models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) or agent orchestration is a plusExperience in prompt engineering, prompt optimisation or evaluation of LLM-based systems is a plusSkills in API and web interface development (Flask, FastAPI or equivalent)Comfortable with Linux, Git and modern development environmentsCurious, autonomous and proactiveAbility to explain and document your work clearlyGood written and spoken EnglishJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, What's next?.
