What will you do The Product Manager, EMEA, Security Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the Security domain in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region-specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process. This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the EMEA domain and leadership teams.How will you do itKey ResponsibilitiesOwns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolioOperationalizes service platforms from global teamBuilds and launches regionspecific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standardsServes as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM eventsRepresents regional field and customer voice to global teamSuccess MeasuresSupports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansionDelivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolioIncreases premium (full coverage) service mixDrives growth in connected assetsWhat we are looking forRequiredExtensive experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle managementProven expertise in the Security Service domain, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expertProven track record of successfully bringing new capabilities to marketStrong project management and execution skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiativesProficiency in English, both written and spokenWillingness and ability to travel 10-25% of the timePreferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration & Management, or TechnologyExperience working with digital or connected solutionsFamiliarity with Lean methodologies and tools!
