Description de l'emploi:Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Transport & Logistics Performance and Data Manager (f/m) to join our Space Transport & Logistics department based in Toulouse, France.You will be in charge of reporting and fostering the internal and external performance of Transport & Logistics operational and financial data, at an operational level. You will be our Data Expert and will lead the transformation towards the future way of working for monitoring and reporting the performance, using data analytics, automatic reporting tools. Your main deliverables will include : Operational Performance, Workload tracker and top priorities, Logistics Inventory report for External storage, Logistics inventory report analysis per customer and SQCDP follow-up.Your working environment:Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city of the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your challenges:Gather and report the performance of our Service Providers (transport and Logistics),Manage with the executive view the Performance KPI, operational and financial,Liaise with the operational teams in all countries to gather all the scope of Transport and Logistics operations,Propose the Reporting strategy, by automating the data gathering and reporting,Be proactive to propose the Performance Improvement plan (new data governance, new dashboards, new indicators, new tools ...),Manage Budget and OP data for Transport Logistics (budget creation, simulation, forecast calculation, reporting...),Prepare and support the OP & Budget activities, being the central function drumbeating, gathering information/data and consolidating the total view,Be able to set-up the communication of the performance & economics results to the Transport & Logistics Management teams,Manage BMS and processes to be the process delegated.Your profile:Good analytics skills,Good level of Data Management tools, in order to manage partially automated files and create graphic representations for the Management in an agile way,Advanced knowledge of Excel and Gsuite, Knowledge of other Data Management tools would be necessary (SAP),Good communication skills, Ability to present the results to the Transport & Logistics management,Autonomy, proactivity to deliver the expected outputs,Capacity to work in an international and diverse team,Project/Program Management Experience would be beneficial,Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics would be beneficial,Improvement oriented, challenging the status quo,Advanced level English.This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.Not a 100% match?
