YOUR ROLEReporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of the Global DSI & Transformation Department.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?1. Ensuring the follow up and monitoring of the IT cost base on a dedicated perimeterEstablishing monthly consolidated reports of the IT costs for the shipping business unitEnsuring the intercompany recharging of the IT costs towards the subsidiariesParticipating in the implementation of the budget and Forecast exercises in collaboration with the IT teamsCarrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments (Finance & IT Department)Checking and validating the purchase requests of the IT department in accordance with the budgetPreparing the investment committee dossiers notably the analysis of the project ROI in collaboration with the IT teamsInterfacing with other Finance departments on recurring activities and ad 'hoc requests2. Transformation and continuous improvementContributing to the optimization and automation of the monthly closing processesContributing to the improvement of the IT analytical structure and the digitalization of the reportingWorking with the subsidiaries of the group on harmonized and standardized IT reportsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Master's degree in finance or engineering with strong financial skillsConfirmed experience of roughly 10 years in a similar role, or in AuditComfortable with computer tools, data processing, and reporting toolsExcellent command of IT tools: Excel, SAP, BI, Power Point, Onestream, SharepointGood level of EnglishRigorous, organized, dynamic and autonomousTeam spirit, communication skillsStrong analytical skills and confirmed experience in transformation topics in an international environmentCome along on CMA CGM's adventure !
