Description de l'emploi:Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a (f/m) to join our Green Capex procurement department based in Toulouse, France.Within Facility Management & Real Estate Procurement, we are involved in some of the most exciting sustainability initiatives within Airbus (Carbon Offset Market, Carbon Capture Storage & Utilisation, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Hydrogen, Sustainable Buildings) and you will have the chance to contribute in this role to Airbus' strategic challenges across all its products and services towards our Net-Zero ambition.With the SBTi validation of Airbus near-term greenhouse gas emission reduction targets () you will directly work on Airbus' contribution to stay on track to limit the global temperature increase to 1.5°C.Being responsible for a green capex category means you lead the procurement activities related to building and construction of renewable energy installations (photovoltaic and wind), biomass generators, battery systems or infrastructure and energy efficiency technologies with our sites.This category will be managed across divisions at Airbus, meaning you will work in an international environment and be able to get to know the full range of Airbus activities.Your working environment:Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your challenges:In collaboration with a Multi-Functional-Team (MFT) for Energy and Decarbonisation, which combines expertise and requirements from different functions across the airbus group (e.g. Facility Management, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Legal, etc.) you lead the definition, improvement and implementation of a sourcing strategy for a sub-category (e.g. PV, Wind, Biomass Generation, Battery, etc.) across all AIRBUS group divisions and geographies.Guide the execution of the green energy transformation strategy across all AIRBUS group in support of all customers and lead efforts in influencing corporate approaches to decarbonisation.Perform international and cross-divisional CFTs, within the scope of the category. Conduct negotiations, Supplier selection and contracting.Negotiate, establish, implement and regularly review transnational and trans-divisional Contracts in the frame of the respective category strategy.Manage contracts including regular reviews with AIRBUS group' internal customer base and strategic suppliers, based on consistent and factual commercial, quality and delivery KPIs.Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks.Engage stakeholders from different functions divisions at Airbus to guide and prepare strategic and contract decisions.Your boarding pass:University degree from an Engineering/Business school or in Energy, Sustainability or Facility Management related fields.Several years of experience in negotiating and contract management.Professional experience in the Energy or Facility Management sector.Professional experience with CAPEX processes is a plus.Successful work experience related to renewable energy regulation, renewable generation projects and decarbonisation initiatives (e.g. mid/long term implication of RED II/III) is a plus.Negotiation level of English and ideally another Airbus core language (German, French, Spanish).The successful applicant will have to be a great team player and project leader, dealing appropriately with different (in particular senior) stakeholders.Exceptional communicator: great relationship builder/manager, able to work cross-functionally and able to communicate intangible results in a clear and compelling way.Entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented and persistent with the ability to operate and drive results independently.Adaptable to ever changing external factors and environments.Creative, proactive in challenging the status quo.Agility with IT solutions and cloud-based working environment.This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.Not a 100% match?
