Significantly contributes to creating and maintaining best in class policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains supply chain relationships.ResponsibilitiesManagementLeads, manages, recruits, develops staff, often across multiple IBXsProject ManagementLeads and manages large, regional construction programsProvides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectationsVendor RelationsDirects as many as 25+ external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.Leads in establishing and maintaining high value relationshipsTraining ProgramsLeads in identifying and developing training programsLeads cross-functional trainingContract AdministrationLeads in developing and executing effective contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentationLeadershipLeads in mentoring junior team membersLeads in directing all internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teamsPolicy & Procedure DevelopmentLeads in creating and maintaining best in class policies and proceduresQualificationsProven and in-depth experience in project and construction managementBachelor's degree preferredAbility and willingness to travel throughout France, Iberia and EMEAProven experience of project management in a construction environmentCustomer focusSelf-motivated and flexibleIn-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practiceExperienced in Construction procurement methodologiesMS Office including MS Project, Excel and Visio skillsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
