Job Description: Rattaché(e) au Responsable RH, le/la Attaché(e) RH Généraliste & Support SIRH participe à l'administration des processus RH, accompagne les utilisateurs sur les outils RH et contribue au déploiement des projets RH de l'entreprise. Assurer le support aux utilisateurs des outils RH (SIRH, recrutement, formation, performance, etc.). Garantir la qualité et la mise à jour des données RH. Participer au déploiement et à l'amélioration des projets RH et des outils digitaux. Créer et mettre à jour les procédures, modes opératoires et supports utilisateurs. Coordonner et assurer le suivi administratif RH Produire des reportings et analyser les indicateurs RH. Apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes RH sur les différents sujets du quotidien. Profil recherché Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent. Première expérience en RH, administration du personnel ou SIRH appréciée. Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils informatiques. Appétence pour les systèmes d'information et la gestion de projet. Rigueur, organisation et sens du service. Compétences clés Administration et gestion des données RH. Support utilisateurs. Gestion de projets. Analyse et reporting. Communication et accompagnement au changement.
