Provide high-level operational and administrative support to Global Publishing leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective coordination across teams, and optimized executive efficiency. Act as a trusted business partner, facilitating communication, planning, and organizational effectiveness across a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones (Europe/Asia/USA).
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including bookings, itineraries, approvals, and travel-related issue resolution.
  • Organize leadership meetings, workshops, off-sites, team events, and company gatherings from planning through execution.
  • Support department operations through budget tracking, expense management, procurement requests, and administrative processes.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient communication and follow-up.
  • Anticipate business needs, prioritize requests, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive effective ways of working across the department.

Le profil recherché

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, international organization.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, events, and operational activities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
