Les missions du poste

What they need

Context

We are seeking advanced smart contract engineering expertise to design and build the on-chain core of our institutional digital assets platform.

We aim to develop secure, reusable, and compliant smart contracts supporting workflows from token issuance through settlement across multiple financial instrument types.

Expertise is required in Solidity and EVM-based architectures, with the ability to evaluate and apply permissioned distributed ledger patterns such as Canton and Hyperledger Besu.

The role demands rigorous implementation of ERC-20 tokens and relevant extensions, alongside strong controls for supply, ownership, permissions, and lifecycle management. Comprehensive property-based, invariant, and fuzz testing, as well as gas profiling and security analysis, are essential to ensure the reliability of every contract component.

Expertise in preparing smart contracts for independent external audits, remediating findings, and maintaining a security-first engineering process is also required.

Disciplined use of AI-assisted scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and vulnerability triage is welcomed, provided every generated line is reviewed by qualified engineering expertise and sensitive information, keys, addresses, and unaudited logic are never exposed to external AI services.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and communication-focused, capable of working with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated financial market environment.

Missions

  • Design the smart contract architecture for digital asset issuance, lifecycle management, ownership, transfers, and settlement.
  • Implement production-ready Solidity smart contracts compatible with EVM-based environments and applicable permissioned-chain patterns.
  • Develop reusable tokenisation components supporting multiple financial instrument types and future product extensions.
  • Implement ERC-20 contracts and relevant extensions with robust access control, supply management, and ownership invariants.
  • Create comprehensive property-based, invariant, and fuzz test suites covering functional correctness, edge cases, and adversarial scenarios.
  • Conduct gas profiling, performance analysis, and smart contract security reviews, documenting identified risks and mitigations.
  • Prepare contract code, documentation, test evidence, and supporting materials for independent external security audits.
  • Remediate audit findings, validate fixes, and maintain traceable security and quality assurance records.
  • Apply AI-assisted contract scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and vulnerability triage under strict human review and verification controls.
  • Define and enforce prompt hygiene practices preventing exposure of private keys, wallet addresses, confidential business logic, or unaudited code to external AI services.
  • Provide technical documentation covering architecture, interfaces, deployment procedures, security assumptions, invariants, and operational considerations.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, security, and engineering stakeholders to ensure the solution is robust, maintainable, and aligned with institutional financial market requirements.

Tools & Environment

  • Solidity and EVM-based architectures
  • Permissioned distributed ledger patterns such as Canton and Hyperledger Besu
  • ERC-20 token standards and relevant extensions
  • Property-based, invariant, and fuzz testing frameworks
  • Gas profiling and performance analysis tools
  • Security audit preparation and remediation processes
  • AI-assisted scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and vulnerability triage tools (with strict human review)

Working Conditions

  • Contract related to RFP-265497-1
  • Engagement focused on building a secure and scalable on-chain foundation for institutional tokenisation and distributed ledger products
  • Collaboration within a regulated exchange group environment
