TheJunior Market (Sales) Finance Business Partnerplays a pivotal role in our ambition to gain market share and create sustainable value. In this role, you will provide financial co-piloting and decision support to local commercial and sales teams across multiple channels (Grocery, Specialist Pet Trade (SPT), E-Commerce & Home Delivery). Acting as a key partner to the Senior Finance Business Partner and Customer Business Directors, you will bring financial transparency, challenge commercial assumptions, drive promotional efficiency, and champion digital finance transformation across the cluster.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least 2 years of finance experience(post-graduation) in commercial finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or revenue management.

• You ideally bring background in consumer goods (FMCG/CPG) or retail, giving you a head start in understanding fast-paced market dynamics.

• You are skilled with financial tools, including advanced Excel, modern reporting platforms like Power BI, and enterprise systems like SAP.

• You are fluent in both English and French, allowing you to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with local and international teams.

• You are a quick, curious learnerwho adapts fast, grasps commercial business drivers, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

• You excel at cross-functional teamwork, building strong working relationships with partners across Sales, Supply Chain, and Strategic Revenue Management.

• You turn data into actionable insights, using your analytical mindset to step back from the numbers, constructively challenge forecasts, and guide commercial decisions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Commercial Business Partnering & Forecast Governance

• Partner with the Customer Business Director and channel sales teams to define customer strategies, monitor performance, and deliver financial targets.

• Spend time in the market/field to understand customer realities, track competitive dynamics, and identify growth opportunities.

• Support period expected landings, annual planning, and year-end forecasting; ensure timely and accurate integration of forecasts into financial planning systems.

• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to review and challenge forecast assumptions, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommended mitigations.

2. DMR Valuation & Trade Budget Management

• Lead the operational valuation of theDemand Management Review (DMR), incorporating all business-validated hypotheses (Polco, NIP budget, consumer coupons, logistics penalties, etc.).

• Ensure trade budgets are accurately maintained and governed at the appropriate granularity in Trade Budget Systems.

• Collaborate closely withMars Global Services Finance (MGSF)and ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, policies, and internal control guidelines for trade spend.

3. Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) & Value Creation

• Partner with SRM and the local organization to roll out and supportROI modelsand best practices to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and trade investments.

• Guide portfolio and customer mix optimization in line with the overarching market strategy.

4. Finance Digital Transformation & Cluster Support

• Drive finance digital transformation by promoting self-service reporting, automation, and a value-creation mindset within local sales/channel teams.

• Represent the Finance function in cluster digital initiatives and provide support on ad-hoc reporting and strategic financial analyses.
