Job Description

As a Transport Assistant, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating goods shipments. Your duties will include:

• Managing customs procedures and customer invoicing;
• Administratively preparing driver routes;
• Scheduling customer appointments;
• Handling delivery notifications and managing rates with GB partners;
• Organizing goods shipments according to terms agreed with the client;
• Monitoring and verifying required documentation based on the mode of transport (export/import heavy goods vehicles).
• Confirming goods departure and/or arrival in accordance with operational procedures;
• Handling disputes in coordination with your direct supervisor;
• Invoicing files while adhering to Incoterms and internal processes.
• Sourcing and negotiating transport solutions.

-Technician Certificate (BTS) in Logistics/Transport or International Trade.

- Proficiency in English/Polish or English/ German or Spanish/English and franch.;

- 23 years of expérience in a similar role is ideal.

- Proficiency in multimodal transport regulations.
