YOUR ROLE

Following the launch of our Employer Brand in 2026 and the acceleration of our global University Relations and Early Careers strategy, the CMA CGM Group is significantly expanding its talent attraction initiatives worldwide.

As a result, an increasing number of communication campaigns, employer branding projects and early careers events are being rolled out throughout the year.

To support this momentum, we are looking for an Employer Branding Intern to join our Talent Attraction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the promotion of the Group as an employer of choice with a specific focus on early talent.

Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, students, graduates and external partners to help attract the next generation of talent.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

You will support the development and visibility of the Group's Employer Brand through a variety of communication and engagement initiatives :

  • Produce engaging content such as social media posts, articles, newsletters, videos, testimonials and presentations, in line with the Employer Brand guidelines
  • Create, adapt and update communication materials for different internal and external audiences, including students, graduates, professionals, employees, recruiters and academic partners
  • Contribute to employer branding campaigns across internal and external channels
  • Support the management and animation of the employer branding editorial calendar
  • Support employer reputation platforms monitoring (e.g Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) and contribute to visibility and attractiveness analysis
  • Conduct market benchmarks and research on employer branding best practices and talent attraction trends
  • Assist in the coordination and promotion of key university and early careers events, including Career awareness events, company visits, etc.
  • Contribute to initiatives dedicated to interns (including middle and high-schoolers), apprentices, V.I.E. participants and Graduate Program talents

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, University Relations and Early Careers
  • You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and audience-focused, you enjoy developing engaging content and visual materials across multiple channels
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and familiar with communication, design or social media tools
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, you are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • You demonstrate a proactive mindset, creativity and a strong willingness to take initiative
  • You are comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders in an international and fast-paced environment
