Poste

Within the E-Commerce team, you will report directly to the Product Development Sourcing Associate Manager. The Product Operations Specialist supports the coordination of product sourcing and operations for the EMEA e-commerce and retail physical product catalog, contributing to product setup, tracking, delivery, and successful launches in line with quality, compliance, timeline, and budget requirements.

In an international entertainment environment, you will contribute to the development of Bandai Namco Entertainment products, including Collector's and Premium Editions, vinyl collections, and other special items.


Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):


  • Contribute to the development of the e-commerce (D2C) merchandise catalog through the creation of exclusive products and the sourcing of products from licensing partners
  • Support the development of Collector's Editions and Special Editions for e-commerce and retail channels
  • Assist with the development of pre-order bonus items and goodies for retail and e-commerce customers, and other internal departments (such as PR, Marketing...)
  • Maintain and standardize project management tools and SKU planning documentation
  • Monitor sales performance and anticipate replenishment needs with suppliers
  • Create and manage D2C purchase orders (PO) for suppliers
  • Monitor imports of merchandise products through delivery at warehouses, in collaboration with the Supply Chain team
  • Manage the D2C e-commerce logistics provider, including inbound shipments, inventory management, and annual stock counts
  • Optimize shipping packaging and protective packing solutions for D2C operations
  • Brief and submit product concepts to the Creative team for design development
  • Coordinate and monitor print production projects with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Profil

  • Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in international product sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or a related field
  • Experience in the video game, entertainment, licensing, or consumer products industry would be an asset
  • Knowledge of import / export procedures and international logistics flows
  • Knowledge of worldwide product development processes and requirements
  • Knowledge of print production processes and graphic production workflows would be an asset
  • Fluent English and French required
  • Japanese language skills would be considered a strong asset
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented, rigorous, and well organized
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking initiative
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Curious mindset and willingness to continuously learn and develop
