- Context:
Within the Digital Acquisition Department, and as part of the rollout of the Group's digital marketing strategy, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager leads projects aimed at improving and streamlining the production of the Group's digital campaigns. He or she contributes to:
- Leading cross-functional projects designed to support the production of marketing campaigns, particularly in the areas of customer consent and preferences, distributed marketing, internal communications, market intelligence, and other key topics such as optimizing the measurement of the department's digital initiatives.
- Developing the department's internal communications
- Coordinating with stakeholders
- Making ad hoc contributions to digital campaigns
1. Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve digital marketing, from scoping to deployment and measurement of results.
- Identify and define innovative topics that can support this scope's contribution to improving digital marketing.
- Work with the Legal, Privacy, Data, and IT teams to implement operational procedures related to consent, preferences, opt-outs, and eligibility rules.
- Improve the quality and utilization of data needed for targeting, personalization, and campaign measurement.
- Define KPIs, manage dashboards, analyze results, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach and leverage best practices.
- Lead project governance and coordinate internal teams, regional offices, agencies, and service providers.
- Design the materials needed for the department's internal communications.
- Contribute as needed to the planning and management of priority digital campaigns.
- Support any external resources brought in for projects and ensure the quality of their contributions;
2. Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in marketing, digital marketing, data marketing management, or equivalent.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, marketing operations, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international and matrix-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM, customer journeys, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and performance management.
- Understanding of issues related to consent, customer preferences, and operational compliance for campaigns.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent solution; knowledge of Data Cloud, BI tools, HTML, CMS/Drupal, and SEO is a plus.
- Cross-functional leadership, autonomy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to bring together and coordinate various stakeholders
