Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Test Automation Architect (f/m) to join our Flight & Integration Test Centre based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing innovation and new ways of working in the Test & Analytics domain. As part of the Test & Analytics domain, you will be involved in defining and deploying the test automation roadmap aiming at optimizing testing efficiency and competitiveness.

Your challenges:

• Define and drive the test activity automation roadmap to optimize overall testing efficiency.

• Collect, prioritize, and consolidate new initiatives while acting as the main focal point between testers and development teams.

• Manage related budgets and launch maturity developments from R&T through to industrialization.

• Measure performance, demonstrate value, and report progress to leadership and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate across business units, design offices, and programs to support tailored deployment steps.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Engineering or a related field.

• Strong technical expertise in testing methods, tools, and proven project management experience.

• Mindset focused on digital transformation, AI, automation, and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to define and execute relevant make-or-buy strategies.

• Negotiation level in English alongside strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
