Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organised and proactive People Operations Coordinator & HRBP Administrator to join our team in Roubaix. This is a varied role that combines operational HR excellence with broader support for strategic HR initiatives. You'll work closely with our managers, colleagues, HR Business Partners and external stakeholders, helping to deliver seamless HR services across the employee lifecycle while contributing to key people projects and initiatives across France.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining detail-oriented HR administration with meaningful involvement in wider people activities that support business success.
What you'll be doing
As our People Operations Coordinator for France, you'll support HR and payroll administration, delivering a professional, accurate and responsive service to employees and managers.
You'll manage key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, transfers, probation reviews and offboarding, while maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
You'll also support payroll and benefits administration, maintain HR data, produce reports and KPIs, and act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Working closely with our Regional HR Business Partner, you'll contribute to learning and development initiatives, salary and performance review processes, employee representative meetings (CSE), supplier management and a range of HR projects focused on enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications- Previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee and payroll data.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- An interest in continuous improvement, technology and AI-enabled tools.
- Fluency in French and English.
