Position: European Key Account Manager for Chinese OEMs

Job position requiring native-level proficiency in Chinese

Weekly travel to the city of Thourotte (Oise, 60) is required, as well as regular international travel to China.



Tasks:


Customer lead of Chinese OEMs in Europe
Coordination with European and Chinese organization of C-OEM and Sekurit
RFQ Lead - Business acquisition, drive growth
Drive Product Value through VA/VE, HAVP introduction and innovation
Local sales management in Europe (orders, price)
Support commercial Project Follow-up with project management
Contract Management
Contribute to establish and apply global standards for COEMs
Profitability improvement through Commercial Action Plan (CAP) - price negotiation

Skills:


Master or equivalent with at least 3/5 years of experience.
Language: Chinese native, English fluent, at ease to learn local language in Europe (French, Polish or Spanish)




Technical understanding and capability to promote products
Strong analytics
Chinese business culture - experienced with Chinese customer organizations
Experience as Key Account Manager
Strong negotiation and communication skills
