Role overview
As a Sales Consultant at Pepe Jeans, you will create an exceptional customer experience, build lasting relationships and help deliver strong commercial results in a dynamic fashion retail environment. You will represent the brand with confidence, style and professionalism, supporting customers throughout their journey and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service to every customer.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product advice and styling support.
- Drive sales through active selling, product knowledge and effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and stock organisation.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including till processes, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and solution-focused manner.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
Required qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in retail, fashion or customer-facing sales is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer service.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak trading periods where required.
