Context

Saint-Gobain, a global leader in building and industrial solutions, is seeking to strengthen its teams responsible for managing and evolving its ServiceNow platform. This project is part of the company's ongoing efforts to optimize digital tools and support its digital transformation journey.

Missions

• Define, build, and deploy the SPM Core Model across the Group, bringing the ServiceNow SPM solution to the expected functional maturity.
• Ensure a consistent way of managing demands, projects, and portfolios.
• Define the target SPM Core Model and functional processes.
• Assess the current solution and drive the required functional improvements.
• Structure the SPM transformation project, roadmap, and deployment plan.
• Produce and maintain functional specifications and process documentation.
• Coordinate business validation, design, build, and testing activities.
• Lead the progressive rollout of the SPM Core Model across Group entities and ensure adoption.
