Join us as a GM - Talent and Learning Operations and lead programs that power employee growth and organizational success. You'll drive learning initiatives, talent acquisition coordination, and operational excellence-making a tangible difference across the entire employee lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and career progression
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while optimizing HR processes for efficiency
