Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) collaborateur(rice) pour l'un de nos clients sur Tarnos (40) :
Traiter les non-conformités (NC) en atelier, sécuriser les flux et valider la conformité des pièces/gammes.
Animer la recherche des causes racines (8D, 5P, Ishikawa) avec les équipes terrain et valider les plans d'actions (CAPA).
Animer les indicateurs qualité (QRQC) et promouvoir la culture de sécurité des vols auprès de la production.
Le profil recherché
Bac +5 (Ingénieur/Master Qualité/Mécanique) ou Bac +3 avec expérience.
Expérience : 3 ans min. en qualité production (aéronautique, automobile ou mécanique de précision).
Compétences : Normes, outils qualité, SAP QM, anglais technique.
Aptitudes : Rigueur, présence terrain, pédagogie et esprit d'analyse.
