Les missions du poste

Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.

In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.

We've grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we're now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our new eMSP.

We're backed by over €1 billion in funding, we're looking for passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe's energy transition with boldness and simplicity. If that sounds exciting, we'd love to hear from you.

As Electra enables its leaders to deliver across Europe, our model is evolving from geography-based to a matrix model, where People People Business Partners scopes are based on business growth stage.

Join us as Senior People Business Partner to

  • enable commercial scopes to deliver and thrive

  • bring French expertise to the partnering team and own french instances (eg. CSE)

  • work closely with the other Senior People Business Partner who owns the Ops scope, People Operations who provide first-line support and own reliable employee processes, and Talent Acquisition who partner with leaders and managers on their recruitment needs
