Contrôleur Financier Statutaire Senior H/F - Manpower

Statutory Accounting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of statutory accounts in compliance with French GAAP.
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and notes to the accounts.
- Collaborate with shared service centers, finance teams, legal departments, and other stakeholders.
- Perform financial controls and analytical reviews to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting matters.
- Support external audits and respond to statutory auditors' requests.
- Assist legal entity representatives in presenting statutory accounts and addressing technical queries.
Tax
- Participate in the preparation and review of taxable income calculations and tax packages.
- Support tax consolidation activities and related accounting entries.
- Calculate and review deferred tax positions.
- Contribute to the management of tax audits in collaboration with tax specialists.
- Prepare and review tax declarations, including direct taxes and other local tax obligations.
Process Improvement & Projects
- Contribute to finance transformation projects and system enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze accounting data and identify areas for process optimization.
- Support internal control improvements and best-practice implementation.
- Participate in projects aimed at increasing the reliability and efficiency of financial reporting.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including experience within an accounting or audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of French statutory accounting and taxation.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- SAP
- Workiva (or equivalent statutory reporting tool)
- Advanced Excel skills
