Les missions du poste
- Proven experience building or recasting IT project costing/estimation reference systems (abacus) with verifiable references
- Project costing in V-cycle/classic project mode using JH (person-days) metrics
- Product/Agile estimation concepts: capacity planning and velocity-based forecasting
- Ability to analyze and synthesize existing estimation charts/practices and identify discrepancies
- Design of a complexity grid / sizing model to standardize estimates
- Ability to model and quantify AI impact (generative/agentic) on development/testing/acceptance/documentation including learning/validation costs
- Scoping and framing of an estimation redesign project; macro-costing (build and run) during framing
- Change support across project/product/platform stakeholders
- Incorporating cross-functional functions into estimates (architecture, cybersecurity, GDPR)
