Role Purpose
As a Senior GTM AI Engineer, you will act as the "tip of the spear" for our internal GTM AI transformation. Sitting at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Engineering, you will map high-friction GTM processes and rapidly architect, build, and deploy high-impact Micro-Apps and Agents on top of the LumApps Agent Platform. The core objective of this role is to drive and ensure a measurable increase in efficiency across all Go-To-Market teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM AI Foundation & Integration (The Engine)
Architecture & Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain the connectivity and middleware bridging our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, Outreach, Attention,... ) with the LumApps Agent platform.
Workflow Automation: Build robust orchestration layers on top of the LumApps Workflows platform to ensure proactive briefings of GTM team members and support them in the flow of work.
Internal Tooling & Micro-Apps: Develop and deploy user-friendly internal web applications for GTM teams, providing self-service access to AI capabilities.
Governance & Security: Standardize prompt libraries, ensure data compliance/privacy (OICD/OAuth/SAML standards), and prevent sensitive data leakage.
2. Rapid Prototyping & "Agentic Workflows" (The Output)
Strategic Co-Innovation: Embed with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS) to identify manual bottlenecks and translate them into production-ready AI roadmap
Sales & Growth Agents: Build and deploy top-of-funnel AI agents (e.g., automated prospecting, cold call/email optimization with LemList/Clay/n8n)
3. Enablement, Scale & R&D Loop (The Growth)
Internal Advisory & Evangelism: Act as the technical AI consultant for RevOps and GTM leaders; produce reusable code snippets, templates, and documentation.
Feedback Loop: Identify systemic integration patterns across GTM teams to contribute code back to hardening our internal core engineering stack and building repeatable internal "Vertical Packs."
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in AI implementation, RevOps engineering, or Forward Deployed Software Engineering.
Full-Stack Fluency: Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript. Comfortable with modern frontend frameworks (React) and robust backend API integration design.
AI & Agentic Mastery: Deep technical understanding of Generative AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration frameworks, and Agentic Workflows.
GTM Ecosystem Knowledge: Direct experience connecting APIs/middleware with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, Outreach, Chargebee or NetSuite.
Get-It-Done Mindset: Strong bias for action, high agency, and ability to self-prioritize in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business/ROI outcomes for GTM leadership.
Bonus Points
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields from top institutions.
Security & Auth: Solid grasp of enterprise identity frameworks (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC).
Agile/Scrum: Experience in fast iteration sprint environments.
