Piloter et animer nos Communautés d'Experts d'Europe
Être leur point de contact privilégié au quotidien : assurer la communication, le suivi et l'accompagnement des Experts, et contribuer à engager et dynamiser les communautés tout au long de l'année.
Coordonner et dynamiser les événements de nos communautés d'Experts
Coordonner l'organisation des temps forts en présentiel de A à Z : coordination des participants, salles, hôtels, transports, catering et lieux. Concevoir également des ateliers créatifs en lien avec les enjeux business, les stratégies produits et le développement de l'expertise.
Contribuer à l'innovation pédagogique
Participer aux brainstormings de l'équipe pour imaginer de nouveaux sujets, concepts et modules de formation. Concevoir également des ateliers sur mesure et des expériences pédagogiques engageantes pour les séminaires des Training Managers.
Développer la visibilité digitale de la Sephora University EME
Imaginer et créer des contenus engageants : visuels, vidéos et publications Instagram, afin de valoriser nos communautés, nos événements et nos initiatives de formation, et de renforcer la visibilité de la Sephora University EME.

Lead and engage our European Expert Communities
Be their key point of contact on a daily basis: manage communication, follow-up and support for our Experts, while keeping our communities connected and engaged throughout the year.
Coordinate and energize our Expert Community events
Coordinate our key in-person events from A to Z: participants, training rooms, hotels, transportation, catering and venues. Design creative workshops aligned with business priorities, product strategies and expertise development.
Contribute to learning innovation
Take part in team brainstorming sessions to develop new topics, concepts and training modules. Design tailor-made workshops and engaging learning experiences for Training Manager seminars.
Strengthen the digital visibility of Sephora University EME
Create engaging content, including visuals, videos and Instagram posts, to showcase our communities, events and learning initiatives, and increase the visibility of Sephora University EME.
