Your mission As a key player on the Data Sciences & Analytics team, you will define and execute our tech strategy and provide mentoring while acting as a technical multiplier for the team, leading complex projects, and being the point of contact both on and off the team.

What you'll be responsible for The overall technical competence of the team, mentoring and training your direct reports
Organizing to maximize efficiency and productivity, adapting and iterating on processes as we grow and evolve as a business
Acting as a multiplier for the team, sharing your expertise and contributing to projects
Using your tech project management skills to increase the team's productivity to ensure timely delivery of projects
Working in tandem with the manager to ensure the success of the team
Staying abreast of trends in the industry and implementing new technology
Managing relationships with vendors
A little about you Strong skills in SQL and python for data analysis
6-8 years of experience overall including at least 3 years as team lead of 5+ people
Solid background and track record handling projects in Data Sciences, Analysis, Analytics, Statistics, or Business Intelligence
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
Strong technical project management skills and knowledge of agile principles
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Fluent in French & English
