Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator at Apave, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely
payroll processing for our employees across the globe, with a primary focus on ASPAC. You will be
responsible for payroll data preparation, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with various
payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
• Prepare and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local
regulations.
• Calculate and verify salary adjustments, overtime, and other compensation components.
• Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Collaborating with other financial personnel

Data Preparation
• Gather and input employee data into the payroll vendor Templates, including new hires,
terminations, and changes in employee status.
• Maintain and update employee records, tax information, and benefit deductions.
• Updating General Ledger account codes.

Compliance and Reporting
• Stay updated on relevant payroll laws and regulations for ASPAC countries.
• Generate payroll reports and prepare tax reports, including statutory deductions and
contributions for payments.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant departments.

Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and security of
employee data.
• Assist in annual audits and ensure records are readily available for review.

Profil recherché :

Payroll Administrator requirements and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll office administration
• Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of
payroll processing.
• Familiarity with local labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong math skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under pressure
