The construction sector is undergoing radical change, relying increasingly on technological solutions to improve its efficiency and competitiveness. Bouygues Construction IT, at the heart of this transformation, is looking for a part-time Assistant Project Manager for its Remind archiving tool within the Engineering & Production Products Department, working closely with the business units (Archiving, Building France, Building International, Public Works) and with the other Bouygues Construction IT teams in France, Morocco and Vietnam.

Your responsibilities :

As part of our dynamic and innovative team, your role will BE to assist the Remind IT project manager and the Archiving and Document Lifecycle Product Owner with various development (BUILD) and maintenance (RUN) tasks for the archiving tool. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Ambassador role : Promoting and representing the Remind IT tool to other Bouygues Construction IT applications and business lines
- Needs analysis : Analysing user requirements and assessing compatibility in order to develop new interfaces with Remind
- Security and Architecture Recommendations : Implementing and complying with security and architecture standards
- Integrations : Implementing interfaces with the new Bouygues Construction project/person repository
- Document Management : Help improve document management processes and ensure that they are properly applied

Profile sought :

We are looking for a motivated and committed work-study student, ready to make an active contribution to our digital transformation project. You will have some initial project management experience and BE keen to develop your skills in an innovative environment.

Skills required :
- Project Management : Organisation, steering and monitoring of projects
- SQL language : Good command of how to manipulate and integrate data
- Document management : Knowledge of the basics of document management
- Communication : Excellent communication skills and ability to rally people around your projects
- Initiative and curiosity : Proactivity and continuous search for new solutions
- Writing and summarising skills : Ability to write clear, precise documents
- Early riser : Willing to start the day early to meet operational needs
- English : Proficiency in English is desirable to facilitate interaction with international partners
