Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well : helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They're on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.

But when IT comes to financial workflows, there's still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.

IT's a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn't just record financial activity - IT should run IT.

To learn more about us :;.In this role, you play an important role in supporting Swan's marketing strategy by planning, developing, and reporting content initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with partners in Marketing, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to guarantee the best content reaches the right audience and the Sales team is equipped with the best content assets.

Your mission
- Develop our content strategy to educate our potential customers and evangelize embedded banking throughout verticals
- Ideate and develop high-quality content of all formats (blog articles, landing pages, email marketing, webinars, video, reports, studies and papers, surveys, etc.) with the goal of creating awareness, driving targeted traffic to our website, and increasing conversions
- Manage end-to-end content production : ideation, outlining, writing, design, and going-live. Also own the relationships for content collaboration with partners (customers) and peers in our industry.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh and relevant content
- Setting the editorial guidelines to facilitate the work of freelancers and writers.
- Support the Product Marketing team on the creation of sales enablement materials (sales presentation, sales email templates...) by the team
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify key messaging and content needs
- Make data-driven decisions on content planning by using tools such as Dreamdata, Clearbit, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Le profil recherché

You're a great match if :
- You have 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- You're passionate about writing, and you know how to tie content initiatives to business outcomes, always considering the company's audience, their needs, and goals.
- You're a powerful storyteller across written, visual, and verbal formats.
- You have experience in research and content strategy, with a data-driven mindset for making content decisions and measure the impact.
- You have a deep interest in and understanding of the fintech ecosystem, with the ability to connect product and regulatory complexity to market needs.
- You're highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product marketing managers, regional leaders)
- IT's a plus if you have experience working with CMS platforms and managing localized/multilingual content.
- You have excellent English language skills.
