Alphega Pharmacie est le premier réseau européen de pharmaciens indépendants qui propose une approche globale à ses 800 adhérents pour booster leur performance et la rentabilité de leur officine.

Responsabilités :

Rattaché à la Directrice Nationale des Ventes, vos missions pour participer au développement d'Alphega Pharmacie en support à l'équipe :
- Création et mise à jour de tableaux de bords
- Suivi des KPI de performance terrain
- Création et mise à jour des supports de réunion et rdvs
- Création et mise à jour des outils de communication force de vente (argus, ADV...)
- Aide à l'organisation des séminaires et convention des ventes
- Aide et support à l'animation de l'équipe terrain et lien avec les fonctions support siège
- Mission ponctuelle commerciale (phoning, tournée terrain, merchandising)
- Aider au pilotage des projets stratégiques commerciaux

Profil :
- Tu es actuellement en école de commerce (une première expérience professionnelle est un plus)
- Tu as un profil analytique et un bon esprit de synthèse
- Tu fais preuve d'une bonne communication écrite et orale
- Tu as une bonne maîtrise d'Excel (Rech V, TCD) et PowerPoint
