MAIN MISSIONS

The mission of our Sales Force team is to represent our brands such as La Vache qui rit®, Kiri®, Mini Babybel®, Boursin® in major and medium-sized stores (GMS). Our Sales Force in France is currently composed of 9 regions, each led by a Regional Sales Manager. Each team consists of area managers and sales promoters.

Due to a retirement, we are recruiting in the Troyes region, on a permanent contract (CDI), our new :

AREA MANAGER M/F

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager East and join a team of 10 people (7 Area Managers and 3 Sales Promoters).

Your responsibility will BE to visit the sales outlets in your area, totaling 54 stores (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives) to develop volumes, sales revenue, market share, and visibility of Bel Group's products.

You will cover several departments located in Aube (department 10) and Marne (department 51). Your main missions are :

Assortment
- Ensure the presence of Bel products across all sales points in your area (Digital Distribution : DN)
- Prevent stock-outs of our products on the shelves
- Optimize and recommend the best possible assortment

Merchandising
- Develop the positioning and visibility of our products on the shelves
- Diagnose and negotiate the optimization of the cheese aisle
- Verify price tag presence, address stock-outs, adjust minimum presentation stocks, and check backroom inventory

Promotion and Theatricalization
- Resell and dramatize promotional actions negotiated at National and Regional Buying Centers

Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
- Enter actions into available tools and analyze performance to adjust action plans
- Gather information about your clients and competing products

PROFILE

With a commercial background, you have initial experience as an Area Manager in the GMS circuit. You have a commercial acumen : you master selling techniques, have a taste for challenge with the desire to Excel and meet objectives. You are curious : you can seek out information and BE proactive. You have good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

To ensure your future missions, you will need to BE comfortable with IT tools : CRM software for daily reporting and use of the Office 360 Suite.

This position involves early hours and travel by car to reach sales outlets. A Category B driving license is therefore required.
