The Quality Control Manager will help ensure the highest standards of quality for our precious natural raw materials and crafted products, supporting both our legacy and future of olfactive excellence.

Location : Vallauris, France

Reporting to : Head of Global Operations, House of Naturals

Main Responsibilities :
- Shape and build quality control strategies aligned with global goals, tailored to our site's needs.
- Lead and inspire a team of quality experts, developing their potential and ensuring the best performance.
- Ensure compliance with global QM requirements and local EHS guidelines, maintaining a safe and regulated environment.
- BE the voice of quality, making judgments on material release, and partnering with partners.
- Maintain excellence in material specifications, test methods, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration.
- Improve by optimizing processes, Indicators, and quality culture through systems like SAP and lean methodologies.
- Manage non-conformance cases with technical insight, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Guide Indicator monitoring, reporting, and quality programs.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, including sensory QC.
- Leadership experience, with 1-2 years managing teams or projects.
- Solid knowledge of QC systems, regulations, and sensory principles.
- Fluency in French and English.
