About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Operations Excellence to lead the deployment of our OPEX strategy across all sites in Continental Europe. This role is critical in driving sustainable operational improvements, achieving financial targets, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the 5-Levers savings strategy across all CE countries, ensuring alignment with country operations directors.
- Facilitate deep dives and site interventions to secure savings and performance improvements.
- Monitor and manage the financial impact of savings initiatives, identifying gaps and implementing recovery plans.
- Champion the deployment of Productivity & Labor planning tools (e.g., ProductivX, XWars, Slotting) and act as a key trainer.
- Oversee the Site Review program to assess OPEX readiness and performance.
- Support the CI community with training, coaching, and knowledge transfer on tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Promote and implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Visual Management practices across all sites.
- Lead European-level process improvement projects in collaboration with country teams.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and ensure their scalability across the region.

Profile

University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering (or equivalent).

Proven experience in contract logistics, Lean / Six Sigma, and change management.

Proven experience on operational & financial turnaround of contract logistics operations.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Deep knowledge of WMS, automation, and process improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

We are looking for someone who will BE operational and present in the field, so this position involves a lot of travel (an average of 2 to 3 nights away from home per week).
