Les missions du poste
As a User Researcher intern for 6 months, you will work in collaboration with the Research and Design team to explore, understand, and analyze user behaviors, needs, and expectations in order to contribute to feature development and impact product strategy. You will BE accompanied by a senior team member during your learning journey.
You will join a team of 4 user researchers within a UX team of 24 people (product designers, visual designers, design system manager, UX writer, and user researchers).
Main Responsibilities
Conducting User Studies
- Define objectives and framework for qualitative and quantitative research in collaboration with researchers and designers
- Participation in strategic studies
- Support on tactical subjects with the possibility to set up and take responsibility for user tests and surveys
Study Organization
- Planning, organizing, and managing the logistics for user studies (recruitment, etc.)
Analysis of Research Results and Synthesis into Clear and Visual Reports
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of conducted studies
- Writing reports detailing key insights and recommendations
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Working cross-functionally with design and product teams
- Participating in the evangelization of user research
Continuous Optimization
- Creation of templates and documentation to facilitate the research process for UX and product teams
UX KPI Monitoring
Required Profile
Education : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's +4/5 (Master's level) in UX Design or User Research.
Required Skills
Technical :
- Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies (personas, customer journey maps, benchmarking, etc.) and knowledge of quantitative methodologies (pricing, barometer, various measurements, etc.)
- Skills in analysis and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Lookback, etc.)
- Knowledge of user research tools : quantitative (Survey Monkey, Maze, OptimalWorkshop...), qualitative (UserZoom, Maze...)
Interpersonal :
- Good ability to communicate research results (written and oral) in a clear and impactful manner
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn
Analytical :
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and transform IT into actionable recommendations
- Rigor in collecting and structuring information
- Help monitor and achieve UX performance indicators
