Campus Industrial Controller H/F - Ceva Santé Animale

Gestion Financière & Contrôle :
Assurer l'atteinte et l'optimisation des principaux indicateurs clés (résultat d'exploitation, BFR) pour les opérations industrielles.
Assurer la réalisation de tous les aspects financiers liés à l'investissement industriel / CAPEX (Suivi budgétaire strict des CAPEX, ROI, subventions, validation budgétaire initiale, RetEx).
Améliorer le contrôle interne, notamment dans les domaines des achats, des stocks, des investissements et de l'industrie.
Animer les cycles financiers du groupe pour les opérations industrielles : business plan, budget, estimations financières, clôtures mensuelles.
Assurer un contrôle total des stocks : inventaire, valorisation des stocks, juste valeur (évaluer l'obsolescence et la provision pour risques).
Animer des projets de maîtrise des coûts industriels et de réduction des coûts dans le respect du cadre comptable et réglementaire.

Gestion des risques et des opportunités :
Fournir des alertes et des recommandations d'amélioration.
Fournir un ensemble d'analyses pertinentes aux opérations afin d'optimiser la performance globale du campus et de soutenir les besoins opérationnels.
Étudier/sécuriser les opportunités offertes par les subventions et/ou le crédit d'impôt liés aux projets d'investissement.
Suivre et améliorer le contrôle interne local sur le périmètre des activités industrielles.
Être membre permanent de l'équipe de direction du campus.

Collecte et analyse des données :
Calculer et mettre à jour les coûts standard unitaires en cohérence avec les normes et procédures du Groupe.
Identifier les écarts industriels mensuels et construire des projections hebdomadaires afin d'appuyer la prise de décision et le suivi des plans d'actions dans le cadre du Groupe.

Développement et mise en oeuvre de politiques/outils :
Appliquer les normes, procédures et règles de contrôle interne de Ceva sur le Campus concernant les opérations industrielles (chiffrage, valorisation des stocks) pour répondre aux demandes de reporting du Groupe en termes de qualité (fiable et précise) et de délais.
Participer à la mise à jour (si nécessaire) du Core Model Ceva sur le campus, sous la supervision des équipes Groupe.

Gestion des parties prenantes internes :
Soutenir le Directeur Général du Campus dans ses fonctions.
Être un partenaire commercial fort du GM du Campus sur les aspects financiers des projets industriels stratégiques du site (business models, simulations, optimisation)
Relais de la politique de contrôle de gestion industrielle du groupe et des priorités du site.
Assurer le bon suivi des projets d'investissement en collaboration avec les chefs de projet.
Former et sensibiliser les équipes du Campus aux concepts financiers et de gestion.

Management
Représenter la fonction finance vis-à-vis des autres.
Porter la voix de la Finance Groupe au sein du Campus.

missions :

Financial Management & Control :
Ensure achievement and optimization of key indicators (operating income, WCR) for industrial operations.
Ensure the realization of all financial aspects related to industrial investment / CAPEX (strict budget monitoring of CAPEX, ROI, subsidies, initial budget validation, RetEx).
Improve internal control, particularly in the areas of purchasing, inventories, investments and industrial operations.
Lead the Group's financial cycles for industrial operations : business plan, budget, financial estimates, monthly closings.
Ensure total inventory control : stocktaking, inventory valuation, fair value (assessing obsolescence and risk provision).
Lead industrial cost control and cost reduction projects in compliance with accounting and regulatory frameworks.

Risk and opportunity management :
Provide alerts and recommendations for improvement.
Provide a set of relevant analyses to operations in order to optimize overall campus performance and support operational needs.
Investigate/secure grant and/or tax credit opportunities related to capital projects.
Monitor and improve local internal control within the scope of industrial activities.
BE a permanent member of the campus management team.

Data collection and analysis :
Calculate and update standard unit costs in line with Group standards and procedures.
Identify monthly industrial variances and build weekly projections to support decision-making and monitoring of action plans within the Group framework.

Development and implementation of policies/tools :
Apply Ceva's standards, procedures and internal control rules on the Campus concerning industrial operations (costing, inventory valuation) to meet the Group's reporting requirements in terms of quality (reliable and accurate) and deadlines.
Participate in updating (if necessary) the Ceva Core Model on the Campus, under the supervision of the Group teams.
Internal stakeholder management :
Support the Campus CEO in his duties.
BE a strong business partner to the Campus CEO on the financial aspects of the site's strategic industrial projects (business models, simulations, optimisation)
Relay the Group's industrial management control policy and the site's priorities.
Monitor investment projects in collaboration with project managers.
Training and raising awareness of financial and management concepts among Campus teams.

Management :
Representing the Finance function to others.
Represent the voice of Group Finance within the Campus.

profile :

Technical skills :
Solid experience in industry
Validated experience in industrial management control.
Good command of budgetary processes and standard costs.
Ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
Good command of IT tools and information systems.
Fluent English.
Knowledge of ERP + Datapower BI.

Behavioral skills :
Experience of multi-site management would BE appreciated.

Compétences techniques / savoir-faire :
Solide expérience dans l'industrie, une expérience de la gestion multi-sites serait appréciée
Expérience validée en contrôle de gestion industriel.

Bonne maîtrise des processus budgétaires et des coûts standards.
Capacité à identifier les risques et à recommander des actions correctives.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes d'information.
Anglais courant.
Connaissance de l'ERP + Datapower BI.
