Reporting to the Finance Department of PIMCO Prime Real Estate, you will join the Investment Planning & Controlling team.

The main tasks are as follows :
- Preparation of financial performance reports to ExCo and investors
- Preparation of planning data and forecasts for investment structures/companies by using sound modelling
- Active involvement in the planning process : KPI analysis and consistency check, business planning, data upload, presentation preparation.
- Analyze the gap between actual and budget KPIs of real estate investment activities
- Further development and implementation of effective controlling tools, methods and procedures
- Delivery of investment data (e.g. FV of participations) and returns into various financial reports including analysis and proper presentation of the output
- Other miscellaneous analyses based on requests from management/investors.

Profil / Compétences
The ideal candidate :
- You are in a Master's degree program at University, Business or Engineering School with a specialization in Finance/ Audit and Control.
- You are looking for a 6-month internship.
- You have fundamental knowledge in Finance / Accounting.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (speaking French and/or Italian is a plus).
- You are proficient in Microsoft office and have advanced skills in Excel and PPT.
- Intellectual curiosity, good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen will BE essential qualities for the success of your assignments.
