Chef de Produit H/F - Ceva Santé Animale

Intégré(e) à l'équipe des chefs de produits du Campus Ceva Ecat-iD, vous serez en charge de :
- Rechercher et proposer des solutions globales pour répondre à la stratégie de standardisation et d'uniformisation des équipements et process de l'entreprise,
- Prendre en charge l'évolution continue du reste de la gamme, en assurant son amélioration et son alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise,
- Collaborer à la conception des produits en établissant les modalités de fabrication avant et pendant leur développement, et rédiger les cahiers des charges associés,
- Identifier les besoins, contacter les fournisseurs pour des conseils ou choix techniques, effectuer une veille technologique et collecter des informations complémentaires lorsque nécessaire,
- Analyser l'intérêt et la pertinence de l'intégration des innovations et nouveautés pour le portefeuille machines suivi,
- Travailler dans le respect des normes, des consignes de sécurité, des dimensions animal welfare et sécurité de l'utilisateur.Product manager (M/F)

missions :

As a member of the Ceva Ecat-iD Campus Product Manager team, you will BE responsible for :
Researching and proposing global solutions to meet the company's strategy of standardizing and standardizing equipment and processes,
Take charge of the continuous evolution of the REST of the range, ensuring its improvement and alignment with the company's objectives,
Contribute to product design by establishing manufacturing procedures before and during product development, and draw up associated specifications,
Identify needs, contact suppliers for advice or technical choices, carry out a technology watch and gather additional information when necessary,
Analyze the interest and relevance of integrating innovations and new features for the machine portfolio monitored,
Work in compliance with standards, safety instructions, animal welfare dimensions and user safety.

Your
profile :

Engineering degree or equivalent higher education,
Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience, ideally in project or product management in an industrial environment,
Strong mechanical design skills, with basic knowledge of electricity and automation,
Experience in the field of special machines or industrial equipment,
Strong taste for design, with proven experience in industrialization,
Good knowledge of industrial products, with the ability to answer technical questions about machines,
Fluency in English, particularly to explain machine operation in an international context,
Sense of service, excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou formation supérieure équivalente,
- Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience, idéalement en gestion de projet ou de produit dans un environnement industriel,
- Solides compétences en conception mécanique, avec des connaissances de base en électricité et automatisation,
- Expérience dans le domaine des machines spéciales ou des équipements industriels,
- Goût prononcé pour la conception, avec une expérience confirmée dans l'industrialisation,
- Bonne connaissance des produits industriels, avec la capacité à répondre aux questions techniques sur les machines,
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à un niveau courant, notamment pour expliquer le fonctionnement des machines dans un cadre international,
- Sens du service, excellente communication et capacité à collaborer efficacement.
