Internship - Sommelier Paris J Fr H/F - HSH Group

The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Sommelier Intern.

Key accountabilities :
- Ensure the implementation of the wines in the restaurant
- Follow up on service
- Participate in tastings with sommeliers
- Ensure the installation, cleaning and cleaning of glassware
- Assist the team in the organization of the cellar, delivery, storage of wines
- Responsible for customer care and service

General requirements :
