Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist to join our dynamic team. With 3 to 4 years of proven experience, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients, and for designing, executing, and optimizing sophisticated CRM strategies across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the marketing and customer ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant client growth, and exceptional client relationship management skills.

Key Responsabilities
- Strategic CRM Consulting:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into comprehensive CRM strategies.
- Develop bespoke CRM roadmaps, outlining tactical execution plans for segmentation, email campaigns, marketing automation, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and data teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technological advancements in customer relationship management to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
- High-end Client Relationship Management:
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients with an international footprint across Europe and the US markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders (Marketing Directors, Sales Directors, etc.).
- Present complex data and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Marketing Automation & Retention Strategies:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of complex CRM initiatives, from creating customer journeys to optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Utilize CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Brevo, etc.) for database segmentation and communication personalization.
- With the support of our Data team, leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Pro-active involvement in our CRM department evolution:
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and training programs related to customer relationship management.

- Experience:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working with scale-up and enterprise-level clients.
- Proven ability to exceed retention and performance targets on multi-market accounts.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Brevo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw relevant conclusions about customer behavior.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey, marketing automation principles, and campaign performance analysis.
