As the Sustainability Manager for Buildings at Bouygues Bâtiment International, you will play a key role in monitoring and steering the strategy related to carbon emissions (Scope 3) of delivered buildings and ensuring compliance with the EU Green Taxonomy. You will provide cross-functional support to local teams worldwide and actively contribute to the production of ESG deliverables for Bouygues Bâtiment International.

Based at our headquarters in Guyancourt, within the Quality/Environment department, you will join a team of two people and take on the following responsibilities:

- Support climate referents in international subsidiaries to ensure proper execution of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and thermal simulations of buildings;
- Coordinate the evaluation of eligible and aligned economic activities under the EU Green Taxonomy, in collaboration with project, sustainability, and finance teams;
- Update, maintain, and improve training materials provided to subsidiaries on calculation rules and tools related to Scope 3 reporting and the EU Green Taxonomy;
- Manage sustainability dashboards related to Scope 3 emissions of buildings and taxonomy requirements for internal and external reporting;
- Actively participate in annual sustainability audits and following up on recommendations;
- Capitalize on best practices - collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, collect, and improve relevant ESG data points across the organization.

Could this be you?

- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in environmental sciences, sustainability, or a related field;
- Initial experience in sustainability or ESG reporting within a multinational company, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or a related sector, is a plus;
- You are familiar with ESG reporting frameworks and the key ESG issues in the construction sector: carbon footprint, circular economy, biodiversity, resources, etc.;
- You are proficient in office tools and data management/analysis software (Excel, Power BI, or other sustainability platforms like Enablon, etc.);
- You are proficient in building life cycle analysis tools (e.g., One Click LCA) and thermal calculation tools;
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, attention to detail and deadlines. Teamwork is a real strength for you in accomplishing your tasks, and you are able to adapt to change;
- You have experience in managing cross-functional projects and possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Joining an international company, fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

Occasional travel to international construction sites is to be expected.
