Tracking Specialist H/F - Primelis

We're looking for a Tracking Specialist with strong technical expertise to ensure flawless data collection across client projects. You will support internal teams, solve tracking challenges, run audits, and progressively take on client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Support & Coordination

- Work closely with the Ops Expertise Partner to manage internal communication on tracking-related topics.
- Collaborate with consultants and Sales teams to clarify needs and ensure smooth execution.

Tracking Issue Management

- Own and manage tracking tickets: bugs, implementation updates, verification requests.
- Diagnose issues quickly and deliver reliable, well-documented solutions.

Audits & Technical Expertise

- Conduct full tracking audits: structure analysis, compliance, data quality, recommendations.
- Challenge existing implementations and propose scalable optimizations.

Role Evolution

- Grow into direct client-facing missions (workshops, presentations, complex projects).
- Take part in ticket prioritization and workflow arbitration within the Data & Measurement team.

Technical Background

- 3-4 years of experience in tracking, data collection, or technical web analytics.
- Strong understanding of data collection, QA, privacy, conversion tracking, and e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in:

- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
- Shopify

Soft Skills

- Ability to support and challenge Sales teams with clarity and confidence.
- Strong autonomy, rigor, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of technical topics.

Language Requirements

- English: C1 / bilingual level required (spoken & written).
